Omingle is a platform that connects strangers in real time. We do not control, monitor, or screen user behavior or content in real time. While we provide reporting tools and automated filters, you acknowledge and accept that:

• You may encounter individuals who are offensive, deceptive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.
• Omingle is not responsible for the conduct, statements, or content of any user.
• We do not perform background checks on users, nor do we verify the identity, age, or criminal history of anyone using the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OMINGLE, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. This includes, without limitation, damages for:

You agree that Omingle shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of your failure to exercise reasonable caution and judgment.

Omingle is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and older. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction).

Any misrepresentation of age is solely the user's responsibility and constitutes a material breach of our Terms. Omingle disclaims all liability arising from underage use of the Platform, including any exposure of minors to adult content. We reserve the right to terminate access and report suspected underage users to appropriate authorities.

Omingle is designed for ephemeral, private conversations. We do not record or store video or audio streams. However, you acknowledge that:

• We cannot prevent other users from recording, screenshotting, or capturing content using external devices or third‑party software.
• You should not share any information or imagery that you would not want to be potentially recorded or distributed.
• Omingle is not liable for any unauthorized recording, redistribution, or misuse of your conversations or likeness by another user.

Our Community Guidelines strictly prohibit recording without consent, and violators are subject to permanent bans. However, we cannot guarantee that all users will comply.

Omingle may contain links to third‑party websites, advertisements, or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We assume no responsibility for:

• The content, privacy policies, or practices of any third‑party websites or services.
• Any products, services, or information offered by third parties.
• Any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such third‑party content, goods, or services.
