Privacy Policy
📅 Effective Date: January 1, 2026
🔄 Last Updated: April 15, 2026
🔞 Platform: 18+ Only
Section 01
Introduction
Welcome to Omingle ("we," "our," "us," or "the Company"). Omingle is a live, random conversation platform that connects adults worldwide for spontaneous video, audio, and text-based interactions.
This Privacy Policy explains in clear, plain language exactly what personal information we collect from you, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over your data. By accessing or using Omingle — whether through our website, web app, or any related services — you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
Please read this Policy carefully. If you do not agree with any part of it, please discontinue using Omingle immediately.
This Privacy Policy applies to all users of Omingle, regardless of where you are located in the world. Additional rights may apply depending on your country or region (e.g., GDPR for EU residents, CCPA for California residents).
Section 02
Age Requirement — 18+ Only
Omingle is an adults-only platform strictly for users aged 18 and over. By accessing Omingle, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
We take the safety of minors very seriously. If you believe you have encountered a minor on our platform, you must take the following steps immediately:
- Disconnect immediately — end the session without engaging further.
- Report the user — use the in-session report button to flag the individual.
- Contact us — send a report to busineesman717@gmail.com with any relevant details (time, approximate description, etc.) so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
We reserve the right to permanently ban any account or IP address found to be associated with a minor, and to cooperate with law enforcement where required.
Section 03
Information We Do Not Collect
We want to be transparent about what we do not do with your conversations. Your live sessions are private by default:
- No video or audio recordings: We do not record, store, or archive your video or audio streams at any point. Once your session ends, no media from that conversation is retained on our servers.
- No biometric data: We do not collect or process any biometric information such as facial geometry, voice prints, or any other biometric identifiers from your live stream.
- No real-time monitoring: Our staff do not actively watch or listen to your live sessions. Automated content moderation tools may analyze behavioral signals (e.g., report frequency) but do not record or store your media.
- No location beyond IP: We do not use GPS or precise geolocation tracking. The only location inference we may make is a general regional estimate derived from your IP address.
- No government-issued IDs: We do not collect identity documents, social security numbers, passport details, or similar sensitive government identifiers.
Section 04
Information We Collect
While we limit what we collect to the minimum necessary to operate the platform, the following data may be gathered:

- Email address (optional): If you choose to create an account or contact support, we may collect your email to communicate with you.
- Support messages: Any messages, complaints, or feedback you send to us through email or a contact form are retained to resolve your inquiry.
- Reported content details: When you submit a report about another user, we collect the details you provide (e.g., reason for report, timestamp) to investigate the matter.
4.2 — Automatically Collected Data
- IP address: Collected automatically when you visit our platform. Used for security, abuse prevention, and approximate regional analytics.
- Browser type and version: Helps us ensure compatibility and diagnose technical issues.
- Device information: General device type (e.g., mobile, desktop), operating system, and screen resolution for platform optimization.
- Session timestamps: The date and time you start and end a session, used for security logging and platform analytics.
- Referral / traffic source: If you arrived via a link, we may log that source for analytics purposes.
- Cookies and tracking data: See Section 6 for full details on our cookie practices, including advertising cookies used by Google AdSense.
Section 05
How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect only for the following legitimate purposes:

- Legal compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or enforceable governmental requests.
